Connections Housing Connections Housing is the official Aviation Expo housing partner. Staying within the official Aviation Expo block is the only guaranteed way to ensure your housing preferences for Aviation Expo – and to avoid potential scams. Staying within the block gives you access to the free daily shuttle bus service to and from Palm Springs International Airport. Ground Transportation To and from Palm Springs International Airport Hotel Shuttle Bus Service will be provided from the hotels in the block to the commercial side of the Palm Springs International Airport (call upon arrival using the kiosk in the terminal) starting Thursday, October 30 – Monday morning, November 3.

Aviation Expo Shuttle Bus Service will be provided to and from the General Aviation side of Palm Springs International to the Palm Springs Convention Center and to the corner of Palm Canyon Drive and Tahquitz Canyon Way (servicing the hotels located in that area). Service is provided Thursday, October 30 – Monday morning, November 3. To and from the Convention Aviation Expo Shuttle Bus Service will be provided to the Palm Springs Convention Center during the show (Friday, October 31 – Sunday, November 2) from the corner of Palm Canyon Drive and Tahquitz Canyon Way.

Transportation schedules may change leading up to the show as new hotels are added to the lodging list. Be sure to check back before you depart for Palm Springs.
